We warmly invite you to tour our facilities and discover the enriching environment we offer at WIGGLES & GIGGLES. Tours are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 5:00pm and 6:00pm. To schedule a tour, please call us at 518-579-0025 during our office hours, from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
During the tour, you and your child will have the opportunity to explore our facilities and experience firsthand the nurturing atmosphere we provide. We believe in transparency and encourage all prospective families to visit us before making a decision.
After your tour, should you choose to become a part of the WIGGLES & GIGGLES family, we will gladly provide you with an enrollment application. Please be aware that there is a nonrefundable fee of $75 per application.
To complete the enrollment process, we require all necessary paperwork to be submitted along with an up-to-date physical for each child. Upon receipt of completed paperwork and fees, children will commence their journey with us starting the following Monday.
To facilitate communication and keep parents informed, we utilize the Brightwheel app. Upon enrollment, parents will receive a link to download and set up their account on the app.

Orientation/ Transition Period
At Wiggles & Giggles, we understand that the transition into childcare can be a significant milestone for both children and parents alike. We want to assure you that this period of adjustment is completely normal and natural.
During this transition phase, it's common for children to experience emotions such as separation anxiety, reluctance to part from their parents during drop-offs, or disruptions in their usual routines, such as difficulty napping.
We want to reassure parents that these reactions are a normal part of the process as children adapt to new environments and routines.
Patience and understanding are key during this time. We believe in the power of repetition and consistency in helping children develop trust and comfort in their new surroundings. As children become more familiar with our childcare environment and routines, they will gradually settle in and feel more at ease.
To facilitate a smooth transition, parents are warmly welcomed to accompany their child to their classroom on the first day of school. This initial opportunity for parents to be present can provide reassurance to both the child and the parent. After the first day, our dedicated staff will be on hand to greet the child and guide them to their classroom. This structured approach helps to ease the separation process for both parents and children, ensuring a comfortable transition for everyone involved.
